Abby Bautista Plays 7-year-old Rape Victim in MMK (March 8)

The story will feature a young girl named Jenny (to be played by Abby Bautista) who grew up craving the love and care of her working parents. Because no one’s closely looking after her welfare, Jenny is raped at the age of seven by their laundry-woman’s live-in partner.

For her to be able to overcome the mental and psychological trauma of the vicious assault, Jenny’s father entrusts Jenny to her grandparents who live far from them. How will this supposed haven of love turn into a molestation ring for Jenny?

Also part of the Emmanuel Q. Palo-directed “MMK” episode are Pen Medina, James Blanco, Lara Quigaman, Gloria Diaz, Kathleen Hermosa, and Junjun Quintana. It was written by Arah Jell Badayos, and researched by Agatha Ruadap and Michelle Joy Guerrero. “MMK” is led by business unit head Malou Santos, production manager Roda Dela Cerna, and executive producer Lindsay Anne Dizon.
